AP EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test) was renamed as AP EAPCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) in 2021, replacing the 'M' for Medicine with 'P' for Pharmacy, but the older name "EAMCET" is still commonly used.

Kolkata: AP EAMCET 2025 registration process has been officially started by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) on March 15, 2025. Aspiring engineers, pharmacists, and agricultural professionals can now submit their applications for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2025. The registration process for AP EAMCET 2025 will remain open till April 24, 2025. However, candidates can still apply after this date with a late fee: Rs 1,000 till May 01, 2025, and Rs 2,000 till May 7, 2025.

As per official notice, the agriculture and pharmacy exams will be conducted on May 19 and 20, 2025 while the engineering exams are set to be schedule from May 21 to 27, 2025.

AP EAMCET 2025 admit cards will be released on May 12, 2025.

AP EAMCET, a computer-based test (CBT), serves as the gateway for admission to a wide range of professional courses in Andhra Pradesh. Engineering:
- Candidates applying for Engineering must be 16 years old as of December 31, 2025.
- For Engineering programs there is no upper age limit.
Agriculture:
- Candidates applying for Agriculture must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2025.
- For general candidates the maximum age limit is 22 years and for SC/ST candidates the maximum age limit is 25 years (as of December 31, 2025).
Pharmacy:
- Candidates applying for Pharmacy must be at least 16 years old as of December 31, 2025.
- For Pharmacy programs there is no upper age limit.
